Happy, serendipitous moments
Nov. 11th, 2005 08:18 amI just pulled my overnight bag out of the top of the closet to pack for our trip to see the Lord of the Rings Movie Exhibition in Indianapolis. As I put it on the bed a metaliz glint in one corner of the bag caught my eye. I reached for it with a squeal of glee.

grailquestion gave me this beatiful necklace - an silver oval of an owl against tree branches, with a moonstone in the upper quadrant. I wore it regularly. Then this summer it disappeared. I was heartsick - afraid that it had gotten caught up in one of the bags I'd carried clothes back and forth to work in when I was biking and thrown away. I didn't say anything to them because I felt terrible, and because I couldn't quite beleive it was gone.
I was right. Here it is. I am overjoyed!
