It's raining babies!

They're too farflung for me to blame something in the water, but holy moly do I know a lot of pregnant women!

All 4 of Ferrett's female cousins are pregnant;

His sister-in-law is pregnant;

My niece is pregnant;

3 acquaintances here in Ohio are pregnant.

Erin called me the other day and said in that "squee" voice, "I have some good news to tell you...."

I almost had a heart attack before she finished with, "I'm going back to school!"

My initial reaction was subdued by the gasp for air.

On top of this, we have other friends working on or thinking about getting pregnant. There's gonna be a bountiful baby harvest in the coming year.

And I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that my baby sister is gonna be a gramma....
